Preface

Energy production, consumption, and technologies, form an essential element of human survival, development, and advancement. Since the Industrial Revolution, energy constraints and the access to energy sources have fueled a significant fraction of major international crises and conflicts. Currently, the United States of America is known to be developing a cutting-edge technology for the production of energy, which may change the foundation of the world order as we know it. The Markov-Kane Egregore Engine, and its “doloric fuel source”, represent a newfound capacity to turn human affect and experience directly into a resource for material consumption and fuel production.

As it stands, doloric fuel — which, without euphemism, is the physical embodiment of concentrated human suffering, extracted through complex machinery and refined through the application of parapsychological excision and liquefaction — is 10,000x more efficient per-milliliter than conventional carbon fuels. The forces of the base, the material and economic forces of production, cannot ignore this kind of technology. It is undeniable that this technology works, and is highly efficient, and will change the world. It is also undeniable that the widespread use of this technology can only result in a dark turn for humanity. We could be on the verge of a pollutant crisis unlike any other previously seen on this planet — the current climate collapse paling in comparison — a world in which the material consequences of the production of universal human suffering become accepted externalities for the economic order.

For this reason, it is critical that the nations of the People’s Republics of Asia pool their resources — our greatest minds, our greatest technologies, the most cutting-edge of our analyses — to develop alternative fuel sources capable of competing with this burgeoning technology. Already, critical research is underway, accelerated by the use of emerging intelligent computational devices, in such fields as sustainable nuclear fusion, solar, wind, hydroelectric, geothermal, and fission reactors.

The following white paper details a proposed outline for a coalition strategy for the rapid development of alternative, hyper-efficient energy sources.
